1. Introduction
By booking and/or participating in the services provided by Conscious Hub Limited, you agree to the following Terms of Business. These terms apply to all services and products offered, including but not limited to healings, readings, intuitive sessions and all products listed.

2. Entertainment Purposes Only
All services and products provided by Conscious Hub Limited are intended for entertainment and personal development purposes only. The techniques used during the sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Any information or guidance shared during a session should not be taken literally or acted upon without consulting a qualified professional in the relevant field.

Conscious Hub Limited is not responsible for any outcomes that may arise following the service or advice provided. All actions taken based on the guidance given are the sole responsibility of the client, and conscious hub limited  holds no liability for decisions or results that occur after the session.

4. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the services and use of products offered by Conscious Hub Limited, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. Conscious Hub Limited strives to provide a positive and meaningful experience; however, you understand that the sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice. You agree that Conscious Hub Limited will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional, mental, or physical distress, loss of income, or any financial loss, that may arise from your participation in or reliance on the session.

You accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on the guidance provided during the session. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and in no event will the liability of Conscious Hub Limited exceed the total cost of the session.

5. Legal Use of Information and Content
All information, content, and material shared during the session, including but not limited to the content of the session, masterclass, quantum healing, the face, voice, wisdom, or any other personal information shared by Conscious Hub Limited on any social platforms, are strictly confidential and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. You agree that none of this information may be recorded, shared, copied, published, distributed, sold, or used in any form, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without prior written consent from Conscious Hub Limited.

You further agree not to use, sell, redistribute, or modify any content related to Conscious Hub Limited's intellectual property, including but not limited to any recordings, notes, materials, or private content provided during the session. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any such content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Conscious Hub Limited is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with the privacy policy, which ensures your data is not sold, shared, or used for any purposes other than the delivery of services as outlined. 7. Session and product Fees and Payment
The fees for the service and/or products will be agreed upon prior to the session and prior to checkout. These are due in full before checkout for the purchase of any session or product. Any charges beyond the agreed-upon cost will not be applicable unless specified in advance.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms of Business shall be exclusively governed by, and construed in strict accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall fall under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand. By entering into these Terms, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, and unequivocally waive any rights to challenge or contest the venue or jurisdiction in which such matters are adjudicated.

9. Authorised Sessions and Services
All sessions, services, and products provided by Conscious Hub Limited are exclusively purchased through the official website. Any advice or services offered outside of purchased sessions through the website, including unsolicited communication or transactions, are not authorised and should be considered fraudulent. Conscious Hub Limited is not liable for any scams, misleading advice, or actions taken by third parties claiming to offer services under Conscious Hub Limited. All clients are advised to only engage with Conscious Hub Limited through official channels as listed on the website.

10. Cancellation Policy
A 48 Hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made after this period may result in a partial or full charge for the session.

11. Agreement to Terms
By booking, attending a session, or purchasing any product from Conscious Hub Limited you hereby acknowledge and confirm that you have read, fully understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms of Business in their entirety. Your participation in such booking or session constitutes your unequivocal acceptance of the provisions set forth herein.

12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise these Terms of Business at its sole discretion at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Company’s website or otherwise communicated to the Client in writing. The Client’s continued use of services following such amendments shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Client’s responsibility to regularly review these Terms for any changes. The Company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Client’s failure to review or understand the amended Terms.

13. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (i) any breach of these Terms of Business by the Client; (ii) any act or omission by the Client that results in damage or loss to the Company; (iii) the Client’s use of the services provided under these Terms; or (iv) any third-party claims related to the Client's actions. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
