Refund policy

Sessions: We understand unforeseen circumstances happen however we have a strict 48hr notice for rescheduling. We take your booking seriously and value the time we book for your session therefore less than this will incur in a 50% fee to book a new time and date. Conscious Hub Limited is a non refundable service outside of 24hours of purchase.

TikTok Lives and Emailed Readings: Please note that all sales for TikTok live sessions and emailed readings are final. As these services are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds.
